Hi, I'm Sam

And I've been there

A struggling manager, but exceptional performer, leading a team of managers, in a small business of 70. I was tired, negative, unsure of how to structure my team performance and fed up. I was convinced it shouldn't be this difficult. So I got to work. Through Masters study in both Business, Coaching and Behavioural Change, Fly-in-Formation was born. I describe myself as a people-geek - I am passionate about the interaction, about why people do what they do and how we make lasting positive change.
